Saxdownes Junctions

Saxdownes Junctions will be a shopping mall of ±9,000 m² and a service station with drive-through restaurant, situated outside one of the Stellendale entrance gates and at the intersection of Belhar Road and Saxdownes Boulevard.

When development of the Stellendale precinct is finished in about 5 or so years, it will comprise more than 2,000 homes, apartments and lifestyle suites in Stellendale Village, and an office park where 6,000 to 8,000 people will work - Stellendale Park. Furthermore, there are thousands of households resident within a radius of about 6 kilometres of Saxdownes Junction; there are many workers in the adjacent Blackheath Industrial Area; and there will be a significant passing traffic on Belhar Road and Saxdownes Boulevard.

It has been determined that a need exists for a small but high class shopping mall in this strategic location.
